Last week we had the opportunity to style a corporate office for the holidays. It was one of our favorite projects we worked on this year! They wanted non-traditional Christmas colors and props (read: no Santa’s or candy canes). They desired something unique but still festive with lots of sparkle…but not tacky. We dreamed up a wonderland of rose gold, mixed metals, glamour, rich textures, and then brought it to life.
We used a subtle winter theme throughout the decor using antlers and reindeer figures, all dipped in metallic with lots of textured sparkle. For the office foyer, we added grey faux fur throw pillows to off-set all the sparkle and shine, and also to bring a chic winter vibe. For the empty wall space next to the main tree, we went with a copper glitter reindeer head installation, framed with hanging star ornaments that dangled from a garland.
We also added bottle brush trees to some of our displays, which are our favorite ode to the symbolic Christmas tree. To break-up all the metals, we added some “natural” elements to our decor with garlands. Our favorite pieces were the faux leaves, branches, and flowers that were dipped in either rose gold, platinum glitter, or made with sequined fabrics–so luxe, and a great way to add depth and fullness to the tree and the displays.
